Once your profile is set up, you can quickly submit a request for a nurse at the date and time that works best for you. (Note: for time sensitive injections please schedule your visit for 15 minutes prior to injection time). For your safety, we also require a copy of your prescription—this helps our nurses prepare properly and provide the highest level of care during your appointment.
